Go Seahawks!

We are very thankful for the generosity of Karen & Mike for sharing their AMAZING Seahawk tickets with us yesterday. There's really no other way to go to a game now. Awesome comfy seats, great food choices, no bathroom lines and premium parking. We're officially spoiled! Emerson did so well during the entire game and was very content to make friends with all our neighbors, watch the "football" and the "birdie".
We had a fantastic time and the only thing missing was a win!

The poor Husky band performed during halftime and got "booed". As if their resposible for the embarrasing performance this season of the football team. I still love you Huskies! And in the leather jacket waving the white towel is Kenny Loggins.

That 12th man sure can get loud Emerson!!

Happy Halloween

Emerson met her "family"

We went "Trunk-or-Treating" at the Mill Creek City Hall...a great time!

Emerson was very lucky and had 2 costumes to wear this year....she absolutely REFUSED to wear her pumpkin (we're sorry Nana) and agreed to be a chicken only when it was referred to as wearing her "pants & coat". She did however have no problem with trick-or-treating. And very quickly understood that if she put her candy in the bag she could get more. I don't think she actually ate any of her candy but did suck on EVERY wrapper she was given.

Growing up

She's was working very hard to assemble her "merry-go-round". This was after she put her own shoes on....the wrong feet. Gotta start somewhere.

Nice Emerson....

She loves to see herself in the camera

When left to play in her room she finds lot of things mommy had put away--she didn't seem to remember what they were for at all. Just another toy to play with.

She looked all grown up today...

Emerson loves to play with her puzzles...this one especially. Despite how she declines showing you in the video. Sorry it's a bit on the long side.

The Green Sheep

Emerson went to see her first play at the Seattle Children's Theatre.

Sleepy girls...or are they being silly girls?
